摘  要:针对压力容器常用低合金钢Q245R、Q345R,模拟在含硫环境中的材料力学性能损伤规律及焊后热处理工艺的影响开展相关研究。通过研究不同工况下材料的拉伸性能、冲击韧性、断裂韧度变化规律,揭示含硫环境对材料性能的主要影响因素和机理,并拟合出含硫工况下冲击韧性与断裂韧度(CTOD)经验关系式,研究含硫工况下材料断裂韧性影响因素和机制,为天然气净化装置安全评定和在线修复提供可靠数据支撑。For low alloy steel Q245R and Q345R commonly used for pressure vessels,relevant research is carried out on the damage law of material mechanical properties and the influence of post weld heat treatment process in sulfur-containing environments.By studying the change laws of tensile properties,impact toughness and fracture toughness of the material under different working conditions,the main influence factors and mechanisms of sulfur-containing environments on material properties are revealed,and the empirical relationship between impact toughness and fracture toughness(CTOD)under sulfurcontaining conditions is fitted to study the influence factors and mechanisms of material fracture toughness under sulfur-containing conditions,which provides reliable data support for the safety assessment and online repair of natural gas purification devices.
