摘  要:介绍起重机用大缸径大行程薄壁液压缸的结构特点及工作原理,针对液压缸在使用过程中,因活塞杆拉伤而引发的质量问题,分析影响大缸径大行程薄壁液压缸活塞杆可靠性的可能因素并进行归类,重点研究活塞杆弯曲挠度的产生机理,以及失稳状态下的应变和应力分布,解析活塞杆运行稳健性的特点,并提出改进措施。The structural characteristics and working principle of thin-walled hydraulic cylinder with large bore and large stroke for cranes are introduced.In view of the quality problems caused by piston rod tear during the use of hydraulic cylinder,the possible factors affecting the reliability of the piston rod in the thinwalled hydraulic cylinder with large bore and large stroke are analyzed and categorized,the generation mechanism of bending deflection of the piston rod is emphatically studied,as well as the strain and stress distribution under the state of instability,the characteristics of operational robustness of the piston rod are analyzed,and improvement measures are put forward.
