摘 要:为提升泵车臂架输送管U形螺栓的装配可靠性,减少U形螺栓上螺母松动问题。研究在臂架静态情况下,不同U形螺栓及连接座组合下夹紧力衰减规律。首先,通过理论分析输送管输送混凝土时受力情况,得出所需夹紧力,然后采用自主搭建的试验装置开展不同U形螺栓与连接座组合条件下夹紧力衰减试验,分析得出U形螺栓挂胶层不同材料、挂胶层不同硬度、挂胶层不同厚度以及不同材料连接座组合下的夹紧力衰减规律,在不考虑U形螺栓材料及连接座对输送管质量影响的情况下,钢制U形螺栓在无连接座的组合装配方式下,夹紧力衰减最小为1.14%,可靠性最好。To improve the assembly reliability of U-bolts of the conveyor pipe of the pump truck boom and reduce the problem of nut loosening on U-bolts,the clamping force attenuation law for different combinations of U-bolts and connecting seats under the static condition of the boom is studied.Firstly,through theoretical analysis of the stress situation during the transport of concrete by the conveyor pipe,the required clamping force is determined,then a constructed test device is used to carry out clamping force attenuation tests for different combinations of U-bolts and connecting seats,and the clamping force attenuation law of U-bolts with rubber layers of different materials,rubber layers of different hardness,rubber layers of different thicknesses and connecting seat combination of different materials is analyzed.Without considering the influence of U-bolt materials and connecting seats on conveyor pipe quality,in the combination assembly method without connecting seats for steel U-bolts,the minimum attenuation of the clamping force is 1.14%,and the reliability is the best.
