摘 要:针对开式卷扬液压系统无法回收钻杆重力势能,且节流损失大的问题,提出一种基于液压蓄能器的旋挖钻机主卷扬节能系统。分析节能系统结构和节能机理,并基于AMESim仿真平台搭建节能系统仿真模型,实现马达排量、主泵输出流量、负载、蓄能器工作压力和容积多参数优化匹配。在某型旋挖钻机平台基础上构建节能系统试验平台,并进行综合工况钻孔作业能效对比测试。试验数据表明,所提出的液压节能系统运行良好,综合工况钻孔作业条件下节能率达17.8%,施工效率提升8.3%以上。In view of the problem that the open winch hydraulic system cannot recover the gravitational potential energy of the drill pipe and has a large throttling loss,an energy-saving system based on hydraulic accumulator is proposed for the main winch of rotary drilling rig.The structure and energy-saving mechanism of the energy-saving system are analyzed,and a simulation model of the energy-saving system is built based on the AMESim simulation platform to achieve the optimal matching of multiple parameters including the motor displacement,the output flow of the main pump,the load and the working pressure and volume of the accumulator.On the basis of a rotary drilling rig platform,a test platform for the energy-saving system is constructed,and a comparative test of energy efficiency of drilling operation under comprehensive working conditions is carried out.The test data shows that the proposed hydraulic energy-saving system operates well,the energy-saving rate of drilling operation under comprehensive working conditions reaches 17.8%,and the construction efficiency is improved by over 8.3%.
