摘　　要：预应力锚索技术在边坡支护中应用广泛,但现有施工设备主要集中在钻孔工序上,锚索的安装仍主要采用起吊设备和人工,劳动强度大,施工效率低,成本高。根据施工需求,设计一种集打孔施工与锚索安装于一体的装置,该装置安装在作业平台上,由打孔机构和锚索推送机构组成。打孔机构完成锚索安装孔施工后,通过工位切换液压缸使锚索推送机构对准已加工的孔,用平台自带的起吊设备将锚索吊放到锚索推送机构上,固定夹紧锚索后利用推送液压缸将锚索接力推进孔中,从而经济快速完成锚索的安装施工。Prestressed anchor cable technology is widely used in slope support,but the existing construction equipment mainly focuses on the drilling process.The installation of the anchor cable still mainly relies on lifting equipment and manpower,with high labor intensity,low construction efficiency and high costs.Based on the construction needs,a device integrating drilling construction and anchor cable installation is designed,which is installed on the work platform and consists of a drilling mechanism and an anchor cable feeding mechanism.After the drilling mechanism completes the construction of the installation hole of the anchor cable,the anchor cable feeding mechanism is aligned with the processed hole by the station switching hydraulic cylinder,the anchor cable is lifted and placed on the anchor cable feeding mechanism by the built-in lifting equipment on the platform,and the anchor cable is fixed and clamped and then pushed into the hole by the pushing hydraulic cylinder to economically and rapidly complete the installation construction of the anchor cable.
