摘 要:针对木质沉船“免触碰、微损伤”的打捞需求,开展新型打捞工法和装备的研究。新型打捞装备融合了隧道领域的管幕技术、曲线顶管和矩形顶管技术,主要包含端板横梁、弧形管节、导向装置及锁扣连接装置,依托设计的新装备进一步开展了1∶10缩尺试验和1∶1足尺试验。试验结果表明:1∶10缩尺试验有效证实了工法的可行性,同时也暴露了装置存在推进系统不完善,掘进机头开挖能力不足,监测系统精度不准,以及端板下沉困难等问题;1∶1足尺试验增设端板搅吸装置、管节内嵌式机头,采用“油马达+齿轮+齿条”组合推进,引入光纤变形监测,成功完成3根管节的推进,单根管节的推进时间控制到5 h以内,确定了改进后装备的可靠性。装备和试验成果成功运用于“长江口二号”沉船打捞工程项目中,实现了“免触碰、微损伤”的文保要求。For the salvage demands of“non-contacting and subtle damage”of wooden wrecks,research on new salvage method and equipment is carried out.The new salvage equipment integrates the pipe roofing technology and curved pipe jacking and rectangular pipe jacking technology in the tunnel field and consists of end plate crossbeams,curved pipe sections,guiding devices and locking connection devices,and 1:10 reduced-scale tests and 1:1 full-scale tests are carried out based on the designed new equipment.The test results show that,the 1:10 reduced-scale tests effectively verify the feasibility of the method,while exposing problems of the device such as imperfect propulsion system,insufficient excavation capacity of the excavation head,inaccuracy of the monitoring system and end plate sinking difficulty.In the 1:1 full-scale tests,an end plate agitation and suction device and a pipe section embedded head are added,the combination of“oil motor+gear+rack”is adopted for propulsion,optical fiber deformation monitoring is introduced,the propulsion of three pipe sections are successfully completed,and the propulsion time for a single pipe section is within 5 h,which confirms the reliability of the improved equipment.The equipment and test results are successfully applied to the wreck salvage engineering project of the“Changjiang River Estuary Ⅱ”,satisfying the cultural relic protection requirements of“non-contacting and subtle damage”.
