摘  要:利用湿法磷酸与尿素生产磷酸脲过程中副产大量母液,母液中含有氮、磷及中微量营养元素。为高效利用磷酸脲母液,将磷酸脲母液与浓磷酸混合后采用管式反应器制备粉状磷酸一铵。介绍该工艺流程;对磷酸脲母液与浓磷酸不同混合比例所得的磷酸一铵产品指标进行分析,得出较佳的混合比例;对该工艺的磷酸一铵生产成本及工艺优势进行分析。磷酸脲母液和浓磷酸的最优质量比为1.0∶1.0,按照该比例生产的磷酸一铵产品w(总养分)可达到60%以上,满足GB/T 10205—2009优等品要求,且产品水分、水溶性、溶解速率等指标较好;采用该工艺生产粉状磷酸一铵较采用稀磷酸料浆法每吨成本降低约180元;该工艺能耗低,具有较高的经济效益,为磷酸脲母液的综合利用提供了一条新的技术途径。During the production of urea phosphate using wet-process phosphoric acid and urea,a large amount of mother liquor is produced,which contains nitrogen,phosphorus,medium and trace elements.To efficiently utilize the urea phosphate mother liquor,it is mixed with concentrated phosphoric acid to prepare powdered MAP using a tubular reactor.The process flow is introduced;The indicators of the products obtained by mixing urea phosphate mother liquor with concentrated phosphoric acid in dfferent proportions are analyzed,and the optimal mixing ratio is determined;The production cost and process advantages of MAP with this process are analyzed.The optimal mixing mass ratio of urea phosphate mother liquor and concentrated phosphoric acid is 1.0:1.0.The nutrient content of the MAP product produced according to this ratio can reach more than 60%,meeting the premium products requirements of GB/T 10205-2009,and the product has good indicators such as water content,water solubility and dissolution rate;The cost of powdered MAP produced by this process is reduced by about 180 RMB Yuan per ton compared to using dilute acid slurry method;This process has low energy consumption and high economic benefits,providing a new technological approach for the comprehensive utilization of urea phosphate mother liquor.
