美国国家步道建设对中国国家文化公园步道发展的启示

摘　　要：国家步道是增进人们与自然、文化遗产之间关系的重要手段。美国作为最早建设国家步道的国家,已形成了世界上最完备的国家步道体系,其经验值得借鉴。从美国国家步道的发展演化和体系建设入手,系统总结了美国国家步道在法律法规、建设流程、管理体制、资金制度、准入标准、参与主体等方面的经验,并结合我国国家文化公园步道建设的必要性,提出我国国家文化公园步道建设应从顶层设计、规划、法律、参与主体、资金制度等五个方面发力,形成有中国特色的国家文化公园步道体系。The national trail is an important means to enhance the relationship between people and natural and cultural heritage.As the earliest country to build a national trail,the United States has formed the world's most complete national trail system,and its experience is worthy of China's reference.This paper starts with the development and evolution of American national trails and system construction,systematically summarizes the experience of American national trails in laws and regulations,construction process,management system,capital system,access standards,participants,etc.,and combines the necessity of the construction of national cultural park trails in China,proposes that the construction of national cultural park trails in China should focus on five aspects:top-level design,planning,law,participants,and capital system,so as to form a National Cultural Park Trail System with Chinese Characteristics.
