泰安市数字经济发展水平测度及其路径选择

摘　　要：从能充分反映数字经济发展情况的数字基础设施、数字产业化、产业数字化以及数字创新能力4个一级指标出发,构建了14个二级指标包含测度数字经济发展水平的统计指标体系,采用熵权法对2018-2022年山东省16地市数字经济发展水平进行科学测度,并根据测算结果从纵向和横向两个层面评价泰安市数字经济发展水平,找出发展差距,探讨泰安市主要行业数字经济发展壮大的路径选择,并有针对性地提出对策建议以供参考。Based on four primary indicators that can fully reflect the development of the digital economy,namely digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,industrial digitization,and digital innovation capability,this paper constructs a statistical index system with 14 secondary indicators to measure the development level of digital economy.Using the entropy weight method,we scientifically measure the development level of digital economy in 16 regions in Shandong Province from 2018 to 2022.According to the measurement results,we evaluate the development level of digital economy in Tai'an from both vertical and horizontal levels,identify the development gaps,explore the path selections of major digital economy industries in Tai'an,and propose the countermeasures and suggestions for reference.
