摘  要:从工艺设计、设备配置、操作等方面对影响盐水三效蒸发运行的因素进行梳理,分析并解决了化工危废焚烧过程中,三效蒸发器运行中存在的问题。更换设备,解决离心出料能力低、出料泵能力不足的问题。在易结盐处引入稀盐水稀释,预防结晶盐的大量沉积及堵塞问题。增加分油管线,减少了油含量高的含盐废水的入炉量。The factors affecting production and operation of brine three-effect evaporation were sorted out from the aspects of process design,equipment configuration,operation and others.The problems in the operation of three-effect evaporator during the chemical hazardous waste incineration process were analyzed and solved.The equipment was replaced to solve the problems of low centrifugal discharge capacity and insufficient discharge pump capacity.Diluted salt water was introduced at the position prone to salt formation to prevent the deposition and blockage of large amounts of crystalline salt.Oil separation pipelines were added and thus the entry of high oil content saline wastewater into the furnace was reduced.
