摘 要:电铲是大型露天矿开采的核心和源头装备,承担着物料的装载和卸载两大主要功能。铲斗内颗粒物料在铲载和卸载过程中的运动规律是分析铲斗内衬板磨损、提高装卸载作业效率的重要基础。基于此,以太原重工股份有限公司生产的某型电铲为研究对象,基于离散元法(DEM)对铲装和卸载过程中铲斗内颗粒的分布规律进行分析。结果表明,装载过程中铲斗内的颗粒分布和卸载过程中颗粒流出铲斗的顺序与颗粒在堆积状态时距离斗齿运动轨迹的偏移距离有关,为后续制定电铲装卸载控制策略提供依据。The electric rope shovel,regarded as the core and source equipment of large open-pit mining undertakes the two main functions of material loading and unloading.The movement law of ore particles in the bucket during shoveling and unloading is a significant foundation for analysis of wear of the inner liner in bucket and improving the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.In this research,a typical electric rope shovel produced by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd is taken as a representation.Based on the discrete element method(DEM),the distribution law of particles in the bucket during loading and unloading is analyzed.The results show that the particle distribution in the bucket during the loading process and the order of particles flowing out of the bucket during the unloading process are related to the offset distance from the bucket tooth trajectory,where the particles are in the packing state,which would provide the basis for formulating the control strategy of electric shovel loading and unloading control.
