摘 要:随着城市建筑高层化进程的加速,带动了超高速电梯的迅速发展。针对国内超高速电梯研发滞后的现状,以4 m/s超高速电梯为设计对象,合理选择电梯驱动主机,配置电梯主要参数,对电梯系统的主机功率、速度、主轴负荷、曳引条件、钢丝绳安全系数、导轨强度等关键参数进行计算分析。结果表明,4 m/s超高速电梯主要参数配置合理,满足设计要求,为国内超高速电梯研究提供了理论计算参考依据。With the acceleration of high-rise construction in urban areas,the rapid development of ultra high speed elevators has been driven;In view of the current situation that the research and development of domestic super high speed elevator is lagging behind,taking the 4m/s super high speed elevator as the design object,reasonably select the elevator driving host,configure the main parameters of the elevator,and calculate and analyze the key parameters of the elevator system,such as the host power,speed,spindle load,traction conditions,wire rope factor of safety,guide rail strength,etc.The results show that the main parameters of the 4m/s super high speed elevator are reasonably configured and meet the design requirements,and it provides a theoretical basis for the study of super-high speed elevator.
