摘 要:由于施工要求,汽车起重机在受限空间内支腿伸缩无法保持一致,其起重能力无法实时计算,对于起重机进行吊装作业产生了很大的影响。基于此,提出了一种汽车起重机可变跨距的支腿压力算法,并对此方法的计算原理、载荷、计算模型进行了详细介绍,最后通过实验验证,证明该算法理论计算与实测值相差很小,对工程实践具有一定的指导意义。此外以Visual Studio软件为工具,开发了便捷的计算程序,为汽车起重机可变跨距支腿反力的计算提供了简便的方法,并对汽车起重机工作时的工况进行了优化。Due to construction requirements,the extension and extension of the outriggers of the truck crane cannot be kept consistent in the confined space,and its lifting capacity cannot be calculated in real time,which has a great impact on the lifting operations of the crane.This paper presents an algorithm for outrigger pressure of a truck crane with variable span,and introduces the calculation principle,load,and calculation model of this method in detail.Finally,the experimental verification proves that the theoretical calculation of the algorithm is very close to the measured value.This method has certain guiding significance to engineering practice.In addition,using Visual Studio software as a tool,a convenient calculation program was developed to provide a simple method for calculating the reaction force of the variable span outrigger of a truck crane,and optimize the working conditions of the truck crane.
