摘 要:以DLL160/400/4×900煤矿带式输送机为研究对象,对带式输送机改向滚筒静力学分析进行了分析。应用该方法分析时,先要构建出相应的仿真模型,然后分别从静力学、焊缝应力及疲劳寿命等方面着手,全面对带式输送机改向滚筒运行状态进行分析,确定改向滚筒的受力薄弱点,最后通过实例的方式对静力学分析方法应用效果进行评估,以此为煤矿带式输送机改向滚筒的设计提供支持。Taking DLL160/400/4×900 coal mine belt conveyor as an example,the static mechanical analysis of belt conveyor redirecting roller is analyzed.When applying this method,the coresponding simulation model is constructed first,and then from the aspects of static mechanics,weld stress and fatigue life,etc.,the operating state of the belt conveyor reversing roller is analyzed comprehensively to determine the weak point of the reversing roller,and finally the effect of the application of the method of static analysis is evaluated by way of examples,so as to provide support for the design of the reversing roller of the belt conveyor of coal mines.
