选煤弧形筛筛板弧形座的柔化及疲劳分析

摘　　要：基于选煤弧形筛的工作原理,提出一种选煤弧形筛筛板弧形座的柔化及疲劳分析方法。此方法需构建选煤弧形筛筛板弧形座模型,以此为基础实施选煤弧形筛筛板弧形座的柔化及疲劳分析,通过分析结果验证方法有效性的同时,也能够确认选煤弧形筛筛板弧形座的使用寿命情况。此外,研究中还会将此方法应用于工程实践,进而对各类选煤弧形筛弧形座的使用寿命进行检验分析。Based on the working principle of coal screening arc screen,a method of softening and fatigue analysis of arc seat of coal screening arc screen plate will be proposed.This method requires the construction of a model of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc,based on which the flexural and fatigue analyses of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc are carried out,and the results of the analyses verify the validity of the method,while the service life of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc can be confirmed.In addition,this method will be applied to engineering practice,so as to examine and analyse the service life of various types of coal screening arc seats.
