摘  要:为提高采煤机整机运行平稳性,实现煤矿的高效开采,以综采面用双滚筒采煤机为研究对象,采用遗传算法优化设计牵引机构,应用实验设计样本点对牵引机构的响应面模型构造,并结合遗传算法优化牵引机构参数;对比分析优化前后采煤机行走轮齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力,结果表明,优化后齿面接触应力下降12.5%,最大齿根弯曲应力下降15%,整机牵引速度波动性系数降低15%。In order to improve the smoothness of the whole coal mining machine and realise the high efficiency of coal mining.To comprehensive mining face with double drum coal mining machine as the object,the use of genetic algorithms to optimize the design of the haulage mechanism,the application of experimental design of sample points on the haulage mechanism of the response surface model construction,and combined with genetic algorithms to optimize the parameters of the haulage mechanism;comparative analysis of optimization of before and after the coal mining machine walking wheel tooth surface contact stress and bending stress of the tooth root,the results show that the optimization of the tooth surface contact stress decreased by 12.5%,the maximum tooth bending stress decreased by The results show that after optimisation,the contact stress on the tooth surface decreases by 12.5%,the maximum bending stress on the tooth root decreases by 15%,and the volatility coefficient of traction speed reading of the whole machine decreases by 15%.
