摘 要:为探究煤矿开采支护作业中液压支架结构件的失效原因,以ZY12000/28/63型液压支架为研究对象,建立其有限元分析模型,通过仿真分析方法,明确该液压支架中的底座和顶梁两类典型结构件的应力分布特征,以此确定该液压支架结构件失效形式,确定该液压支架结构件在不同运行工况下存在较为复杂的失效形式,以此为后续的液压支架结构件优化工作提供参考借鉴。In order to explore the failure causes of hydraulic support structural parts in coal mining support operations,this paper takes ZY1200/28/63 hydraulic support as the research object,establishes its finite element analysis model,and defines the stress distribution characteristics of two typical structural parts in the hydraulic support base and top beam through simulation analysis method,so as to determine the failure forms of the hydraulic support structural parts.It is determined that the hydraulic support structure has more complex failure forms under different operating conditions,so as to provide reference for the subsequent optimization work of hydraulic support structure.
