摘 要:介绍了一种四行走轮采煤机行走轮机构设计方案,并以此为基础,通过ABAQUS进行仿真模型构建,通过有限元分析方法,从弯曲应力和接触应力两个角度验证四行走轮采煤机行走轮机构运行时行走轮应力分布特点,初步确认设计方案的有效性。同时,为进一步确认四行走轮采煤机行走轮机构设计方案的应用成效,研究中还会将设计方案应用于工程实践。A four-wheeled coal mining machine walking wheel mechanism design scheme is introduced,and based on this,the simulation model is constructed by ABAQUS,and the stress distribution characteristics of the walking wheel during the operation of the four-wheeled coal mining machine walking wheel mechanism are verified from the perspectives of the bending stress and the contact stress through the finite element analysis method,which preliminarily confirms the validity of the design scheme.At the same time,in order to further confirm the application effectiveness of the design scheme of the traveling wheel mechanism of the four walking wheel coal mining machine,the design scheme will also be applied to engineering practice in the study.
