摘　　要：抽油烟机是一种净化厨房环境的家电,已被广泛用于居民家庭生活。排烟管作为烹饪油烟的排出通道,是抽油烟机重要的零部件。基于排烟管的批量化生产,分析排烟管的拧螺钉生产工艺,设计双臂机械手用于排烟管的自动化搬运,选取合适的其他设备组成装配生产线,实现排烟管的无人化生产。对排烟管拧螺钉装配生产线进行测试运行,能够连续、稳定、可靠地进行生产,产品合格率达到99%以上,生产周期缩短为8 s,单班产量提高为原来的1.5倍。The range hood is a kind of household appliance to purify the kitchen environment,which has been widely used in household life.The Smoke exhaust pipe is used as the exhaust channel of cooking oil smoke,it is an important part of the range hood.This article is based on the mass production of smoke exhaust pipe,analyzes the screw production process of smoke exhaust pipe,designs a double-arm manipulator for the automatic handling of smoke exhaust pipe,selects other appropriate equipment to form an assembly line,and realizes the unmanned production of smoke exhaust pipe;The production test of the smoke exhaust pipe screw assembly line can be carried out continuously,stably and reliably.The product qualification rate is more than 99%,the production cycle is shortened to 8S,and the single shift output is increased to 1.5 times of the original.
