摘  要:为了解决液压无级变速器模糊PID控制准确度不高的问题,设计了一种基于改进粒子群(PSO)优化模糊PID控制方法,并通过仿真手段分析系统中正弦信号和阶跃信号响应性能差异性。研究结果表明,阶跃信号下,改进PSO算法优化模糊PID控制器可以实现马达转速与目标马达转速之间达到良好跟踪效果,超调量只需1 s便可以完成调节。正弦信号下,改进PSO算法优化模糊PID控制器最大跟踪误差为3%,具备低超调量、高鲁棒性等优点,开发的液压无级变速器可以满足马达转速的高效、准确跟踪效果。In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of fuzzy PID control of hydraulic CVT,a fuzzy PID control method based on improved particle swarm(PSO)optimisation is designed,and the difference in response performance between sinusoidal and step signal in the system is analysed by simulation.The results show that under the step signal,the optimised fuzzy PID controller with improved PSO algorithm can achieve a good tracking effect between the motor speed and the target motor speed,and the overshooting amount can be adjusted in 1 s only.Under the sinusoidal signal,the maximum tracking error of the optimised fuzzy PID controller with improved PSO algorithm is 3%,which has the advantages of low overshoot and high robustness,and the developed hydraulic CVT can meet the efficient and accurate tracking effect of motor speed.
