摘  要:依据现场履带板失效形式,通过理论分析、有限元分析等方法和手段,对履带板现有结构进行改进设计;通过有限元对比分析验证新结构受力状态更好;提供了一种解决现场问题的思路,为以后产品设计和解决现场问题提供理论依据。Based on the failure form of track plate in the field,the existing structure of track plate is improved through theoretical analysis,finite element analysis and other methods and means;the new structure is verified to be in a better stress state through finite element comparative analysis;it provides a way of thinking for solving the problems in the field,which will provide a theoretical basis for the design of the products and solving the problems in the field in the future.
