摘 要:为探究矿用无轨胶轮车在碎石路面工况下的实际运行情况,以典型的WCJ12E型铰接式矿用无轨胶轮车车架为研究对象,在建立其有限元分析模型后,对该车架在碎石路面工况下的自由模态和约束模态基本数据进行计算。而后在此基础上,将路面激励频率与车辆自身运行频率与车架固有频率进行对比,判断胶轮车是否可能存在共振现象,并根据判断结果简要提出了后续的车架结构优化措施,以供参考。In order to investigate the actual operation of trackless rubber wheelbarow under gravel road condition,in this study,a typical WCJ12E articulated trackless rubber wheelbarrow frame is taken as the object of study,and the basic data of free and constrained modes of the frame under gravel road condition are computed after establishing its finite element analysis model.And then on this basis,the road surface excitation frequency and the vehicle's own operating frequency and the frame intrinsic frequency comparison,to determine whether the rubber wheel car may exist resonance phenomenon,and according to the judgment results briefly put forward the subsequent optimisation measures of the frame structure,for reference.
