摘 要:为提升刮板输送机链传动系统的啮合性能,通过选取设计变量,建立链轮最大应力、最大变形量及模态频率与链轮直径和节距的近似模型,优化设计链传动系统结构,并依据多目标优化设计结果,确定方案一为最佳优化方案。对比分析优化前后满载运行工况的链轮情况,表明相比优化前,链轮最大变形量比原变形量降低6.95%,且应力分布趋向均匀,明显改善了链传动系统受力状况及啮合性能。In order to improve the meshing performance of the chain drive system of scraper conveyor,the structure of the chain drive system is optimized by selecting the design variables and establishing the approximate models of the maximum stress,maximum deformation and modal frequency of the sprocket wheel with the diameter and pitch of the sprocket wheel,and based on the results of the multi-objective optimization design,Scheme 1 is determined as the best optimization scheme.Comparative analysis of the sprocket before and after optimisation under full load operation shows that the maximum deformation of the sprocket is 6.95%lower than that of the original deformation before optimisation and the stress distribution tends to be uniform,which obviously improves the stress condition and meshing performance of the chain drive system.
