摘 要:基于数值计算软件MATLAB对两柱掩护式放顶煤液压支架架体结构进行仿真分析,进而提出液压支架四连杆机构参数化设计。具体仿真分析中先采用快速图解方法获取确定掩护梁和前连杆长度,并由此实施仿真分析,并结合机械加工中所考虑的测量精度以及加工精度等问题,对液压支架四连杆机构参数进行合理优化调整,最后将优化后的参数化设计应用于工程实践,确认设计具有一定可行性。Based on the numerical calculation software MATLAB,the simulation analysis of two-pillar cover type roof coal discharge hydraulic support structure is carried out,and then the parametric design of four-link mechanism of hydraulic support is proposed.Specific simulation analysis of the first fast graphical method to determine the length of the cover beam and the front link,and thus the implementation of simulation analysis,and combined with the machining of the measurement accuracy and processing precision and other issues considered in the four-link mechanism of the hydraulic bracket parameters for a reasonable optimisation and adjustment,and finally the optimised parametric design applied to engineering practice,to confirm that the design has a certain degree of feasibility.
