摘 要:为增加采煤机自动截割系统准确性,提高系统对复杂环境的适应性,设计系统整体架构,主控制器选用PLC,并选用CAN总线架构结构,实现采煤机自动记忆截割控制系统设计。并模拟测试采煤机割整刀及端头处理过程,表明该自动截割运行系统运行稳定、方便灵活;进一步对端头截割路径可行性、准确性验证,结果表明端头记忆截割跟踪路径的效果好,符合采煤机控制要求。In order to increase the accuracy of the automatic cut-off system of coal mining machine and improve the adaptability of the system to the complex environment,the overall architecture of the system is designed.The overall architecture of the system is designed,PLC is selected for the main controller,and CAN bus architecture is selected to realise the design of automatic memory cutting control system for coal mining machine.And simulation test coal mining machine cut the whole knife and the end of the processing process,indicating that the automatic cutting and running system operation is stable,convenient and flexible;further on the end of the cutting path feasibility,accuracy verification,the results show that the end of the memory cutting tracking path efect is good,in line with the requirements of coal mining machine control.
