摘 要:欧洲铁路货车以轻量化和高速为主要发展方向,针对德国DB公司生产的双层小汽车运输车,主要由型钢和薄板拼焊而成,主体框架在满足使用要求前提下刚性较小、焊接量相对集中、焊接变形大,特别是地板采用薄板拼接而成,在焊接应力和喷丸应力的双重作用下产生较大的波浪变形。通过采取一系列针对防止薄板变形的工艺措施,解决了铁路双层汽车运输车底架地板焊接变形的问题。European railway wagons are mainly lightweight and high-speed as the main direction of development,for the double-decker car transporter produced by the German DB company,which is mainly made of steel profiles and thin plates welded together,the main body frame in the premise of meeting the requirements of the use of rigidity is small,the welding volume is relatively concentrated,welding deformation is large,especially the floor is made of thin plates spliced together,the welding stress and shot blasting stress under the dual role of the larger waves of deformation.Deformation.By adopting a series of technological measures to prevent the deformation of thin plate,the problem of welding deformation of underframe floor of railway double-decker car transporter is solved.
