摘 要:分析了真空抽气系统的运行特性,根据罗茨泵抽气系统的入口压力与电机转速的关系,设计了一个PLC与变频器在真空抽气系统的应用项目。该项目采用PLC的模拟量输入采集压力传感器的信号,模拟量输出控制变频器的输入电流,从而调节电机的转速,通过项目的硬件组态、参数设置、PLC程序设计与调试,实现了项目的控制功能。The operating characteristics of the vacuum pumping system are analysed,and according to the relationship between the inlet pressure of the Roots pump pumping system and the speed of the motor,a project is designed for the application of PLC and frequency converter in the vacuum pumping system.The project adopts the analogue input of PLC to collect the signal from the pressure sensor,and the analogue output to control the input current of the frequency converter,so as to regulate the rotational speed of the motor,and the control function of the project is achieved through the project's hardware configuration,parameter seting,PLC program design and debugging.
