摘　　要：1927年创办的《海事》,宗旨在于“提倡国人海事思想”,集中讨论海事问题,探索新式海军建设和海洋经济发展策略,关注太平洋海洋格局,呼吁海洋立国,以竞争海权。该杂志结合中国实际,突出海洋权益,深化国人对海权论的理解,有助于推动近代中国海洋知识的转型。"Maritime"magazine was founded in 1927 with the purpose of"advocating the maritime thought for the Chinese people",focusing on maritime issues,exploring new strategies for naval construction and marine economic development,paying attention to the Pacific Ocean pattern,and calling for the establishment of the maritime country in order to compete for sea power.Combining with China's reality,the magazine highlighted maritime rights and interests and deepened Chinese people's understanding of sea power theory,which was helpful to promote the transformation of modern Chinese maritime knowledge.
