摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是一种关节软骨退行性病变,主要表现为软骨磨损、缺失导致的疼痛。随着人口老龄化,OA患者也逐渐增加。根据病变程度不同,OA治疗方式也不同,在OA早期,止痛药等治疗可缓解症状,但并不能延缓OA进展;在OA晚期,可行关节置换治疗;在无关节置换适应证的早期,无论通过何种方式均不能使软骨再生,症状也仅能暂时缓解。近年来,软骨组织再生工程逐渐受到关注,利用脐带血干细胞强大的分化能力并结合生长因子可实现软骨再生,改善OA早期症状,避免手术治疗。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative joint disease characterized by the pain caused by wear and loss of articular cartilage.With the aging of the population,the number of patients with OA is also increasing.Depending on the extent of the disease,the treatment methods for OA vary.In the early stages of OA,pain relievers etc.can alleviate symptoms,but they do not slow down the progression of OA.In the late stages of OA,joint replacement therapy can be an option.In the early stages where joint replacement is not indicated,no method can regenerate the cartilage,and the symptoms can only be temporarily relieved.In recent years,cartilage tissue regeneration engineering has been gaining attention.The strong differentiation capability of umbilical cord blood stem cells,combined with growth factors,can achieve cartilage regeneration,improve symptoms in the early stages of OA,and avoid surgical treatment.
