当归拈痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)是最常见的痛风急性期表现形式之一,发作时可引起关节剧痛,严重影响患者的生活质量。而当归拈痛汤具有清热除湿、缓急止痛之功效,是治疗AGA的常用方剂,尤擅治疗湿热蕴结型AGA。当归拈痛汤由羌活、茵陈、防风、苍术、当归身、知母、猪苓、泽泻、升麻等药物组成,诸药合用,共奏清热利湿、疏风止痛之效。其具有抑制炎症反应、促进尿酸排泄、改善关节病变、抑制氧化应激等作用,但在AGA治疗中的具体作用机制仍需大量的基础及临床研究验证。Acute gouty arthritis(AGA)is one of the most common manifestations of gout in the acute phase,causing severe pain in the joints and seriously affecting the patients'quality of life.Danggui Niantong decotion has the effects of clearing heat,removing dampness,and relieving acute and chronic pain.It is a common formula for the treatment of AGA,especially good at treating AGA of damp-heat accumulation type.Danggui Niantong decotion is composed of Qianghuo,Yinchen,Fangfeng,Cangzhu,Danggui body,Zhimu,Zhuling,Zexie,Shengma,etc.,the combination of which works together to clear heat and relieve dampness,and to ease the wind and relieve pain.It has the effect of inhibiting inflammation,promoting uric acid excretion,improving arthropathy,and inhibiting oxidative stress etc.,but its specific mechanism of action in AGA treatment still needs to be verified by a large number of basic and clinical studies in the future.
