摘　　要：中医基于双心医学和“形神一体观”理论探讨高血压病因病机及其与情志障碍之间的关联,治形兼顾调神,具有一定特色,弥补了纯西医抗焦虑治疗带来的弊端。高血压合并情志障碍的病机可归纳为风火、痰瘀、正亏3个方面,与心、肝、脾、肾四脏关系密切,在其治疗上,风火阳亢者平息镇潜兼重养阴,痰瘀阻滞者宣通开郁以利气血,虚损明显者补益安中脾肾为本,若神志异常明显,需畅达情志多法兼顾。因此,将高血压辨治纳入“形神一体”理论思路治疗双心疾病的范畴,不仅拓宽了中医思维,而且对临床诊疗也具有重要意义。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)explores the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension based on the theory of psycho-cardiology medicine and the"concept of integration of form and spirit",as well as its association with emotional disorders.The treatment of form while regulating spirit has certain characteristics,making up for the shortcomings of pure western anti-anxiety treatment.The pathogenesis of hypertension combined with emotional disorders can be summarized into three aspects:wind fire,phlegm stasis,and positive deficiency,which are closely related to the four organs of the heart,liver,spleen,and kidney.In terms of treatment,for those with excessive wind,fire and yang,calming and suppressing latent energy while also nourishing yin,and for those with phlegm and blood stasis obstruction,promoting qi and blood circulation to benefit qi and blood,while for those with obvious deficiency and damage,tonifying and calming the spleen and kidney are the main principles.If there is obvious abnormal mental state,it is necessary to have a smooth expression of emotions and balance multiple methods.Therefore,incorporating the differentiation and treatment of hypertension into the theory of"unity of form and spirit"in the treatment of psycho-cardiology diseases not only broadens the TCM thinking,but also has great significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
