摘 要:优势传导是大型平台利用自身优势扩张的方式之一。大型平台扩张除了涉及数字平台中的传统竞争模式,还涉及实体经济的新型竞争结构。目前对于市场新行为的反垄断规制尚停留在传统的反垄断分析方法,应根据行业特性来梳理对应的方法论,才能更好地应对平台无序扩张带来的影响。社区团购作为典型的线上-线下协同经营的模式,对于反垄断的规制有一定的挑战。创新与有效竞争促进平台经济的发展,应通过动态评估的方式来确定创新行为与反垄断之间的边界,利用优势传导效力对平台企业进行分级管理,有利于建立良好的市场经营模式。Advantage transmission is one of the methods for large platforms to take advantage on expanding.In addition to the traditional competition model in the digital plaform,the expansion of large-scale platforms also involves the new competitive structure of the real economy.At present,the anti-monopoly regulation of new market behaviors is stil stuck in the traditional antimonopoly analysis method,and the corresponding methodology should be sorted out according to the characteristics of the industry to cope with the impact of disorderly expansion of the plaform effectively.As a typical online-offline collaborative operation model,community group-buying poses certain challenges to anti-monopoly regulations.To promote the development of the platform economy through innovation and effective competition,the boundary between innovative behavior and anti-monopoly should be determined through dynamic evaluation,and a good market management model should be established for platform enterprises to use their advantages to transmit effectiveness and hierarchical management.
