摘　　要：本研究的目的是探讨儿童化脓性关节炎的影像学表现及其临床辅助诊断价值。我们收集了湖南中医药大学第二附属医院2023年1月至2023年11月确诊为化脓性关节炎的儿童患者的临床资料和影像学检查结果,共计100例,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组在临床诊断中加入影像学检查结果作为辅助诊断依据,对照组仅依据临床症状和体征进行诊断。结果显示,干预组的诊断准确率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影像学检查在化脓性关节炎的诊断中具有重要的辅助价值,可以帮助医生更准确地判断病情,并及时制定治疗方案。因此,建议临床医生在诊断儿童化脓性关节炎时,应该重视影像学检查的应用,以提高诊断准确率和治疗效果。The purpose of this study is to explore the imaging manifestations and clinical diagnostic value of pediatric purulent arthritis.We collected clinical data and imaging examination results of 100 pediatric patients diagnosed with purulent arthritis at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to November 2023.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The intervention group added imaging examination results as auxiliary diagnostic criteria in clinical diagnosis,while the control group only diagnosed based on clinical symptoms and signs.The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Imaging examination has important auxiliary value in the diagnosis of purulent arthritis,which can help doctors more accurately judge the condition and timely formulate treatment plans.Therefore,it is recommended that clinical doctors should pay attention to the application of imaging examinations when diagnosing pediatric purulent arthritis,in order to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.
