网络社会跑团自组织机制及其优化策略研究

摘　　要：伴随网络技术的发展,跑步进一步从个体化运动转变为集体现象,跑团也从地方社会拓展到网络社会,建立起网络社会跑团。自组织的网络社会跑团,实则超越了单纯的运动团体,作为一种新的社会组织方式,为我们展现了人们生活需求、认知行为的转变。通过探讨网络社会跑团的自组织及其优化,思考了网络社会跑团的内在机理与发展,认为:网络社会跑团经历了从“我”到“我们”的形成过程,其间,主体兴趣、社会性与网络环境在助推其形成上发挥了重要作用。网络社会跑团自组织机制的秩序化发展是一个复杂的过程,其间,知识分享、多元交互、多元参与强化了跑团的情感连接、组织黏性、共治能力,提升了跑团内部的信任、互动和共生意识。在网络社会跑团的优化自治思考中,除了关注主体性、结构性内容,还需拓宽视角,结合技术、资本等方面进行思考。With the development of network technology,running has further changed from an individual sport to a collective phenomenon,and the running group has also expanded from the local society to the network society,and the network social running group has been established.In fact,the self-organized network social running team,as a new way of social organization,goes beyond the simple sports group,and shows us the change of people's life needs and cognitive behavior.This paper discusses the self-organization and optimization strategy of the network social running group,and considers the internal mechanism and development of the network social running group.The formation of the network social running group has experienced a process from"me"to"we",during which the main interest,sociality and network environment have played an important role in promoting its formation.The development of the network social running group has experienced a process from stability to order,during which knowledge sharing,multiple interaction and multiple participation have strengthened the emotional connection,organizational cohesiveness and co-governance ability of the running group,and enhanced the trust,interaction and symbiosis consciousness within the running group.In the optimization and autonomy thinking of the network social running group,in addition to paying attention to the subjectivity and structural wisdom,it is also necessary to broaden the perspective and consider the technology and capital.
