闽南青草药石仙桃的功效考证及应用现状

摘　　要：目的石仙桃是一味历史悠久、疗效广泛的闽南民间青草药,其地方习用和功效研究还呈现大量的空白,通过对闽南青草药石仙桃的功效考证,并整理、探究石仙桃的应用概况,使石仙桃能够得到正确的认识和使用,为其后续的基础研究和临床应用提供科学论证和文献参考。方法通过实地调查、查阅历代本草古籍及现代文献的方法,对石仙桃的功效、临床应用、食疗用法等进行分析与研究。结果经考证石仙桃性味甘、淡、凉,具有养阴、清肺、利湿、消瘀、止痛等功效,多用于眩晕、头痛、咳嗽、吐血等疾病。该药在临床上广泛应用,在民间常被制成食疗保健的药膳,是一味极具特色的闽南青草药。结论石仙桃的应用规律与闽南特殊的环境息息相通,独特的药用价值以及多样性的习用方法使石仙桃具有深入研究的价值,并可为闽南青草药的扩大研究及传承发展提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE Pholidota Chinensis is a folk herbal medicine with a long history and extensive curative effects in southern Fujian,and there are still a lot of gaps in the research on its local habits and efficacy.By conducting research on the efficacy of Minnan green herbal medicine Pholidota Chinensis,collates and explores the application of Pholidota Chinensis,so that Pholidota Chinensis can be correctly recognized and used,providing scientific demonstration and literature reference for its subsequent basic research and clinical application.METHODS By conducting on-site investigations,reviewing ancient Chinese herbal books and modern literature,this study analyzed and studied the efficacy,clinical application,and diet therapy of Pholidota Chinensis.RESULTS After research,it has been proven that Pholidota Chinensis has a sweet,tasteless,cool nature and flavour.It has the effects of nourishing yin,clearing the lungs-heat,promoting diuresis,eliminating blood stasis,and relieving pain.It is often used for diseases such as dizziness,headache,cough,and hematemesis.This medicine is widely used in clinic,and is often made into Tonic Diet for diet therapy and health care in the folk.It is a unique herbal medicine in Minnan.CONCLUSION The application rules of Pholidota Chinensis are closely related to the special environment in Minnan.Its unique medicinal value and diverse usage methods make Pholidota Chinensis valuable for in-depth research,and can provide a reference basis for the expansion and inheritance of green herbal medicine in southern Fujian.
