摘 要:目的研究五加科植物竹节参(Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.)干燥根茎的化学成分。方法竹节参醇提物经柱色谱与制备液相等多种方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、核磁共振图谱及质谱数据对其进行结构解析与鉴定。结果从竹节参中共分离鉴定出了11种皂苷类化学成分,分别为:人参皂苷Re(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)(2)、竹节参皂苷Ⅴ(3)、24-(R)珠子参苷(4)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa(5)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa甲酯(6)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳ(7)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳ甲酯(8)、竹节参皂苷Ⅰ(9)、金盏花苷E(10)、竹节参皂苷Ⅳa乙酯(11)。结论化合物4、10、11位首次从竹节参中分离得到。OBJECTIVE This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the chemical constituents present in the dried rhizomes of Panax japonicus.METHODS The Ethanol Extracts was separated and purified by column chromatography and liquid phase preparation and the isolated compounds were identified and their structures were elucidated through analysis of their physicochemical properties,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy,and mass spectrometry(MS)data.RESULTS A total of eleven saponin compounds were successfully isolated and identified from the dried rhizomes of Panax japonicus.The structures and names of these compounds are as follows:Ginsenoside Re(1),Ginsenoside Rg_(1)(2),Chikusetsusaponin V(3),24-(R)-Majoroside R 1(4),ChikusetsusaponinⅣa(5),ChikusetsusaponinⅣa Methyl Ester(6),ChikusetsusaponinⅣ(7),ChikusetsusaponinⅣMethyl Ester(8),ChikusetsusaponinⅠ(9),Calenduloside E(10),Chikusetsu-saponin IVa Ethyl Ester(11).CONCLUSION Compounds 4,10,and 11 were isolated for the first time from[WTBX]Panax Japonicus.
