摘　　要：通过1例急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)后支架内血栓形成(Intrastent Thrombosis,IST)病例,临床药师分析患者IST的可能原因并参与药物治疗方案调整及全程化药学服务,旨在提高患者的药物治疗效果,减少并发症,从而改善患者预后,体现了临床药师在临床用药治疗中的价值。Through a case of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)caused by intrastent thrombosis(IST),clinical pharmacists analyze the possible cause of IST and participate in the adjustment of drug treatment and provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services,intended to improve medication treatment effect,reduce complications,and ultimately improve the patient′s prognosis.This reflects the value of clinical pharmacists in clinical medication treatment.
