摘 要:目的探讨CYP3A4、CYP3A5基因多态性对紫杉醇疗效及不良反应的影响。方法选择我院2016年2月~2020年2月接受紫杉醇化疗的肿瘤患者67例作为研究对象,检测其CYP3A4*1G、CYP3A5*3基因型,并将患者分为野生型组和突变型组。2周期后,对疗效和药物不良反应进行评估,分析患者的疗效及不良反应和CYP3A4*1G、CYP3A5*3基因多态性的相关性。结果67例肿瘤患者中,CYP3A4*1G、CYP3A5*3基因的野生型组、突变型组之间的疗效和不良反应指标均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论CYP3A4*1G、CYP3A5*3基因多态性与紫杉醇的疗效和不良反应不具有相关性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between CYP3A4 and CYP3A5 gene polymorphism and the efficacy and adverse reactions of paclitaxel in patients with tumor.METHODS Sixty-seven patients who received paclitaxel chemotherapy from February 2016 to February 2020 were selected as experimental subjects,the CYP3A4*1G and CYP3A5*3 genotypes were detected,and the patients were divided into wild type group and mutant group.After 2 cycles,the efficacy and adverse drug reactions were evaluated,and the correlation between the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of patients and the polymorphism of CYP3A4*1G and CYP3A5*3 gene was analyzed.RESULTS Among 67 tumor patients,there was no significant difference between wild type group and mutant group of CYP3A4*1G and CYP3A5*3 in efficacy and adverse reactions(P>0.05).CONCLUSION CYP3A4*1G and CYP3A5*3 gene polymorphisms were irrelative with the efficacy and adverse reactions of paclitaxel.
