芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠在绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2023年4月南昌市洪都中医院确诊的100例为PMOP患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字法分为中药组和对照组,各50例。中药组采用芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗,对照组仅用伊班膦酸钠治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎及股骨颈骨密度(BMD)、生化指标及不良反应发生率。结果中药组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清β-胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腰椎及股骨颈骨密度(BMD)、血清中血钙(S-Ca)、血磷(S-P)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗PMOP疗效更佳,能够改善骨吸收及骨代谢,减轻疼痛,提高BMD,且有一定安全性。Objective To explore the application effect of Qigu Capsules combined with Ibandronate Sodium in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with PMOP in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from July 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group by random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Qigu Capsules combined with Ibandronate Sodium,and the control group was treated with Ibandronate Sodium.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,ballistic missile defense(BMD)of lumbar spine and femoral neck,biochemical indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of Chinese medicine group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of visual analogue scale(VAS),level ofβ-Crosslaps(β-CTX)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in Chinese medicine group after treatment were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ballistic missile defense(BMD)of lumbar spine and femoral neck,serum calcium(S-Ca)and serum phosphorus(S-P)were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qigu Capsules combined with Ibandronate Sodium has better efficacy in the treatment of PMOP,which can improve bone absorption and bone metabolism,reduce pain and increase BMD,and has certain safety.
