槐杞黄颗粒联合吗替麦考酚酯胶囊治疗儿童IgA肾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨槐杞黄颗粒联合吗替麦考酚酯胶囊治疗儿童IgA肾病的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月赣州市人民医院儿科收治的70例IgA肾病患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。对照组采用吗替麦考酚酯胶囊等西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合槐杞黄颗粒治疗3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、血清尿素氮水平、血肌酐水平、尿β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平、24 h尿蛋白量、尿红细胞数量以及药物不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率(91.4%)高于对照组(77.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血清尿素氮、血肌酐、β_(2)-MG、24 h尿蛋白量、尿红细胞数量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率(20.0%)低于对照组(57.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒联合吗替麦考酚酯胶囊治疗儿童IgA肾病,能够快速缓解临床症状,改善肾功能,减轻血尿,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Capsules in the treatment of IgA nephropathy in children.Methods Seventy children with IgA nephropathy admitted to the Department of Pediatric,Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine such as Mycophenolate Mofetil Capsules,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Huaiqihuang Granules for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,serum urea nitrogen level,serum creatinine level,urinaryβ_(2) microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)level,24 h urinary protein content,urinary red blood cell count and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(91.4%)was higher than that of the control group(77.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,β_(2)-MG,24 h urinary protein and the number of urinary red blood cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(20.0%)was lower than that in the control group(57.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Capsules can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with IgA nephropathy,reduce urinary protein,improve renal function,reduce hematuria,improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
