摘 要:动脉粥样硬化作为心脑血管疾病最重要的病因,在其发生发展过程中伴随着内皮细胞、巨噬细胞等细胞的焦亡、血管平滑肌细胞的迁移以及氧化应激反应的产生。而黄酮类化合物在心脑血管疾病方面的疗效已被诸多研究所证实,本文旨在总结黄酮类化合物对动脉粥样硬化的保护作用机制,进而为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新思路。As the most important cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,atherosclerosis is accompanied by the pyroptosis of endothelial cells,macrophages and other cells,the migration of vascular smooth muscle cells and the generation of oxidative stress in the process of its occurrence and development.And therapeutic effects of flavonoids in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been confirmed by a lot of researches.The purpose of this article is to summarize protective mechanism of flavonoids in atherosclerosis,then provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
