单边排气喷管微矢量及出口流场特性数值模拟研究

摘  要:针对单边排气喷管存在的推力方向随排气压比变化而变化的不稳定问题,开展了喷管流场特性数值计算研究,获取了不同喷管结构参数下喷流流动及微推力矢量特性。通过喷管出口流场结构和壁面压力结果分析了推力方向不稳定的机理,提出了影响推力方向稳定的关键结构参数。研究结果表明,单边排气喷管推力矢量角随压比变化而产生非线性非单调变化;喷管出口超声速射流中对应马赫盘结构的波浪形压力分布在单边甲板上产生的压力作用是产生微矢量特性的原因;不同压比下,马赫盘的增长和移动使壁面压力作用发生非线性变化是产生推力方向发生变化的原因。甲板长度是影响单边喷管微矢量特性最为关键的参数,合理选择单边甲板长度可减弱微矢量效应,该结果可为单边排气喷管设计提供指导。A numerical simulation research was conducted on the flow field characteristics of a single-deck exhaust nozzle to address the instability of the thrust direction changing with the exhaust pressure ratio.The flow and small thrust vector characteristics of the nozzle were obtained under different nozzle geometry parameters.The mechanism of unstable thrust direction was analyzed through the flow field structure and wall pressure results at the nozzle outlet,and the key structural parameters affecting thrust direction stability were analyzed.The results indicate that the thrust vector angle of a single-deck exhaust nozzle exhibits nonlinear and non-monotonic changes with the variation of pressure ratio;The wave shaped pressure distribution corresponding to the Mach disk structure in the supersonic jet at the nozzle outlet generates pressure effects on the single deck,which is the reason for the generation of small vector characteristics;The nonlinear change in wall pressure caused by the growth and movement of Mach disks under different pressure ratios is the reason for the change in thrust direction.The length of the deck is the key parameter affecting the small vector characteristics of a single-deck nozzle.Reasonable selection of the length of the single-sided deck can weaken the small vector effect,and this result provides guidance for the design of a single-deck exhaust nozzle.
