摘　　要：目的:探讨基于风险控制模式的护理在急性白血病化疗患儿中的应用效果。方法:前瞻性选取2022年6月—2023年6月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的62例急性白血病化疗患儿作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于风险控制模式的护理。比较两组时间指标,家属满意度及感染情况。结果:观察组住院时间、抗菌药物使用时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院期间感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理总满意度高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对急性白血病化疗患儿采用基于风险控制模式的护理可有效缩短住院时间、抗菌药物使用时间,降低感染发生率,并提高患儿家属满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing based on risk control model in children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 62 children with acute leukemia treated with chemotherapy in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2022 to June 2023 were prospectively selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing based on risk control mode.Time index,family satisfaction and infection condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time and use time of antibiotics in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in the observation group during hospitalization was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing based on risk control model for children with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and use time of antibiotics,reduce the incidence of infection,and improve the satisfaction of their families.
