松龄血脉康胶囊联合尼莫地平对高血压脑出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨松龄血脉康胶囊联合尼莫地平对高血压脑出血(HICH)患者的影响。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年12月房县人民医院收治的78例HICH患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予尼莫地平治疗,研究组给予松龄血脉康胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血管内皮功能[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]、氧化应激[血清还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),丙二醛(MDA)]、炎症因子[血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]及不良反应。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NO、GSH水平较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,两组ET-1、MDA、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:松龄血脉康胶囊联合尼莫地平可以减轻HICH患者的氧化应激反应和炎症因子水平,改善血管内皮功能,提高临床疗效,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with Nimodipine on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Method:A total of 78 patients with HICH who admitted to Fangxian People's Hospital from April 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nimodipine,and the study group was treated with Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with Nimodipine.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)],oxidative stress[serum reduced glutathione(GSH),malondialdehyde(MDA)],inflammatory factors[serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and GSH in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of ET-1,MDA,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Songling Xuemaikang Capsules combined with Nimodipine can reduce oxidative stress response and inflammatory factor levels in patients with HICH,improve vascular endothelial function,and improve the clinical efficacy,has high safety.
