摘 要:为探究不同岩性时引水隧洞爆破合理的延迟时间和最小抵抗线,以瓯江引水工程三标段隧洞爆破工程为背景,依据理论公式分析了隧洞爆破的合理延时;通过ANSYS数值模拟软件建立不同最小抵抗线的计算模型,对不同工况下岩体内有效应力、裂纹扩展情况进行对比分析。结果表明,对于花岗岩和凝灰岩,随着最小抵抗线增大,对应的延时也增大,有效应力作用呈衰减态势,裂纹扩展逐渐分散;根据优化结果以3m的炮孔深度为例,花岗岩和凝灰岩下掏槽孔与辅助孔、崩落孔间、崩落孔与周边孔的延时分别取80ms,50ms,30ms和90ms,50ms,40ms,最小抵抗线为600mm~650mm,经现场试验表明爆落岩石块度均匀、易于装运,断面轮廓成型规整,炮孔利用率达到91%,光爆效果良好、与研究结果吻合。In order to explore the reasonable delay time and minimum resistance line of diversion tunnel blasting in different lithology,the reasonable delay time of tunnel blasting is analyzed according to the theoretical formula based on the background of the tunnel blasting project of the third section of Oujiang Water Diversion Project.The calculation model of different minimum resistance lines is established through ANSYS numerical simulation software,and the effective stress and crack propagation in the rock body under different working conditions are compared and analyzed.The results show that for granite and tuff,with the increase of the minimum resistance line,the corresponding delay also increases,the effective stress is in a decaying trend,and the crack propagation gradually disperses.According to the optimization results,taking the 3m hole depth as an example,the delay time of the gouging hole and the auxiliary hole,the caving hole and the peripheral hole in granite and tuff are 80ms,50ms,30ms and 90ms,50ms,40ms respectively,and the minimum resistance line is 600mm~650mm.Through field tests,it is verified that the rocks are uniform,easy to ship,the cross-sectional contour is regular,the utilization rate of the blast hole reaches 91%,and the light explosion effect is good,which is consistent with the research results.
