摘　　要：转换层竖向预制构件安装是装配式建筑施工中最为关键的环节之一,其质量的好坏往往决定了工程的成败。论文创新了一种装配式建筑转换层竖向构件安装施工技术体系,攻克了转换层竖向预制构件灌浆套筒安装预留连接筋精准定位和转换层竖向预制构件半灌浆套筒出浆口封堵两项技术难题。结合工程案例,详细阐述了预制构件制作、预留连接筋定位、底部加强层浇筑、预留连接筋校核调整、构件座浆分仓、构件安装、构件封缝灌浆等转换层竖向预制构件安装施工关键技术工艺。研究成果为依托工程顺利实施提供了重要的技术保障,同时为类似装配式建筑施工提供了理论指导和参考范例。The installation of vertical precast members in the conversion floor is one of the most critical links in the prefabricated building construction,and its quality often determines the success or failure of the project.The present paper proposes an installation and construction technology system for vertical components in the conversion floor of prefabricated buildings,addressing two technical challenges:accurate positioning of reserved connecting bars during grouting sleeve installation for vertical precast members in the conversion floor,and sealing of the grouting outlet for semi-grouting sleeves of vertical precast members in the conversion floor.Combined with engineering cases,the key technologies and processes of prefabricated components installation and construction of vertical prefabricated components in transition layer are elaborated in detail,such as prefabricated component making,positioning of reserved connecting ribs,casting of bottom reinforcement layer,checking and adjusting of reserved connecting ribs,component seat slurry distribution,component installation,and component seam grouting.The research results provide an important technical support for the smooth implementation of the supporting projects,and provide theoretical guidance and reference examples for the construction of similar prefabricated buildings.
