摘 要:正常状态下的木材和木材制品,其中都会含有一定数量的水分,木材所含有的水分与木材本身重量的比值称为含水率。木材含水率的不同对于木材的各项物理性能有着巨大的影响。其中对于木材的弹性模量的影响最为显著。通过对制作小提琴面板所使用的木材进行不同含水率下弹性模量的分析,通过测量出的数据分析木材含水率对于小提琴面板的弹性模量的影响。以小提琴的面板为例,通过测量不同含水率情况下,木材在横向抗弯,纵向抗弯以及抗弯扭三个方面的弹性模量的变化分析出弹性模量对面板震动频率,以及振动频率对声音的影响。Wood and wood products in their normal state contain a certain amount of moisture,and the ratio of moisture content to the weight of the wood is called the moisture content.The moisture content of wood has a significant impact on its various physical properties,especially on the modulus of elasticity.Using different moisture content levels,the modulus of elasticity of the wood used to make violin tops was analyzed,and the effect of moisture content on the modulus of elasticity of violin tops was analyzed using measured data.Taking the example of violin tops,the changes in the modulus of elasticity of wood in three aspects of transverse bending,longitudinal bending,and bending and twisting under different moisture content levels were measured and analyzed,and the effect of modulus of elasticity on the vibration frequency of the top plate and the impact of vibration frequency on sound were discussed.
