摘 要:对磷酸银复合材料制备及光催化性能进行了研究。讨论了水热温度、反应溶液的酸碱度等对Cu_(2)O制备的影响。同时,比较了不同摩尔百分比Ag_(3)PO_(4)含量的Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O复合材料的光催化降解活性。结果显示,球状Cu_(2)O颗粒制备条件为:温度100℃,pH值为10。采用直接沉淀法Ag_(3)PO_(4)纳米颗粒能够均匀附着Cu_(2)O表面,达到最佳复合效果。Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O复合材料光催化活性高于纯Cu_(2)O,随着Ag_(3)PO_(4)的摩尔百分量的增加,复合光催化剂的催化性能先是增强后逐渐减弱。60%Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O时,催化活性最强,90 min内罗丹明B几乎完全降解。The preparation and photocatalytic properties of silver phosphate composites were studied in this paper.The effects of hydrothermal temperature and pH of reaction solution on the preparation of Cu_(2)O were discussed.Meanwhile,the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B by Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O composite catalyst with different molar percentage of Ag_(3)PO_(4)content was studied.The results show that spherical Cu_(2)O particles are prepared at temperature 100℃and pH 10.Ag_(3)PO_(4)nanoparticles can be uniformly attached to the surface of Cu_(2)O by direct precipitation method to achieve the best composite effect.The photocatalytic activity of Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O composite is higher than that of pure Cu_(2)O.With the increase of the molar fraction of Ag_(3)PO_(4),the catalytic performance of the composite photocatalyst increases at first and then decreases gradually.At 60%Ag_(3)PO_(4)/Cu_(2)O,the catalytic activity was the strongest,and Rhodamine B was almost completely degraded within 90 min.
