摘 要:针对严寒、寒冷地区城乡供水管网、阀门水嘴、水表等设施冬季冻堵、冻破现象,给人们生活带来不便,并且造成大量保温材料和淡水资源浪费的行业普遍性问题给出技术方案。通过管道控制阀门内部优化,利用流体力学理论,将流场环境、流量、流速、压力等综合因素有效利用,采用阀门内部流场结构动态化设计,实现液体气泡集聚、爆破、弹射产生叠加次动力,通过正向增压增程和反向真空负压防冻,实现管阀内流体在低温环境下形成旋流虹吸泄空防冻功能,为严寒和寒冷地区居民用水提供安全保障。减少保温材料和电热带的应用,降低管阀冻堵几率,减少因管道冻破冻裂产生的水资源和相关材料的浪费,对建筑给排水管道保温节能防冻技术发展具有较大现实意义。A technical solution is provided to address the common industry problem of winter freezing,blockage,and damage to facilities such as urban and rural water supply networks,valves,nozles,and water meters in cold regions,which causes inconvenience to people's lives and results in a large amount of waste of insulation materials and freshwater resources.By optimizing the internal control of valves and utilizing fluid mechanics theory,comprehensive factors such as flow environment,flow rate,flow velocity,and pressure are effectively utilized.The dynamic design of the internal flow field structure of the valve is adopted to achieve the accumulation,explosion,and ejection of liquid bubbles,generating superimposed secondary forces.Through forward pressure increase and reverse vacuum negative pressure antifreeze,the fluid inside the valve forms a vortex siphon to release air and prevent freezing in lowtemperature environments,providing safety guarantees for water use by residents in severe cold and cold areas.Reducing the application of insulation materials and electric heating strips,reducing the probability of pipe valve freezing and blockage,and reducing the waste of water resources and related materials caused by pipeline freezing and cracking,is of great practical significance for the development of energysaving and anti-freezing technology for building water supply and drainage pipelines.
