摘 要:超高层建筑因特殊的物理形态和体量,直接导致其能耗相较常规建筑更大。依据“被动式设计优先、主动式设计优化”理念,需要优先考虑被动式技术措施降低能耗,但由于超高层建筑高度导致的风速、风压增大以及体量大导致的造价高等一系列问题,使常规措施在超高层建筑中应用的安全性、节能性、经济性均较差。通过案例调研及项目经验总结,提供了超高层公共建筑围护结构窗墙比控制、玻璃幕墙热工参数选取、遮阳设计、通风设计、采光设计的协同优化解决方案,并通过2个绿色建筑案例具体介绍了围护结构优化设计过程及设计新思路,为今后其他超高层建筑的节能优化设计提供借鉴及指导。Because of the special physical shape and volume,the energy consumption of super highrise buildings is larger than that of conventional buildings.Based on the concept of passive design priority and active design optimization,it is necessary to prioritize passive technical measures to reduce energy consumption.However,due to a series of problems such as the increase of wind speed and pressure caused by the height of super high-rise buildings and the high cost caused by the large volume,the safety,energy saving and economy of its application in super high-rise buildings are poor.Through case investigation and project summary,the collaborative optimization solution of window-wall ratio control is provided,as well as the glass curtain wall thermal parameter selection,sunshade design,ventilation design and daylighting design of super high-rise public building envelope.Through two green building cases,the optimization design process and new design ideas of the enclosure structure are specifically introduced,providing reference and guidance for the energy-saving optimization design of other super high-rise buildings in the future.
